Luanne Bennett spent years working in the technology field before taking the plunge into full-time writing. Starting as a successful indie author, she writes contemporary and urban fantasy with diverse, eclectic characters. Her books are all about found families, and she makes her readers feel like they’re part of them, which always brings them back for more.
Born in Chicago, she’s lived in NYC but has spent most of her life in the South where the lore of hoodoo and folk magic often creep into her stories. These days, she lives in Georgia where many of those stories take place. When she’s not writing, she’s tending to her crazy cats or her enormous collection of plants.
