Second Sky acquire a fantasy rom-com trilogy by Lee Nichols

Second Sky will publish three fae magic-infused fantasy romantic comedy titles by Lee Nichols, author of romantic comedies Tales of a Drama Queen and Hand-Me-Down.

Commissioning Editor Sophie Judge acquired World All Language rights (including audio) from Caitlin Blasdell at Liza Dawson Associates. The first title will publish in March 2026.

Set in an enchanting village on Beane Island off the coast of Maine, the first book follows a woman who must unlock her faerie powers or risk forgetting magic altogether. She is sidetracked on her quest when she runs into her irresistibly handsome ex, is pulled into a race to find a powerful book, and handed a second chance at love… Full of laugh-out-loud rom-com banter, fae mischief and magical chaos, the series’ second book will feature another couple on Beane Island.
